I understand that the conference registration fee will be waived for the principal speaker, but any partners must pay the registration fee.
Free registration will not be given to presenters whose principal income is derived from a for-profit company. However, for any vendor, free registration will be included as a part of the vendor fee, and presentations from vendors will be welcomed.
Even though my registration fee may be waived, I understand that I must register for the conference and will do so in a timely manner.
If for any reason I cannot speak at the conference, I will notify WVCTM as soon as possible.
I will not move chairs from one room to another.
