2027 Spring Conference

Save the Date!

The 2027 WVCTM Spring Conference will be held at Stonewall Resort on March 12-13, 2027.

🏔️ This year’s theme is “Math in the Mountains.” 🏔️

Have a great idea, activity, or teaching strategy to share? We invite you to present at the 2027 WVCTM Conference and connect with fellow educators from across the state. You can choose from a 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute session.

Session proposals are open through November 23, 2026.

Registration Costs

  • Regular $200
  • Saturday Only $80
  • Student $25
  • Retired Educator $65
  • Banquet $35 (Friday evening at 6:00 PM)
  • Regular On-Site/Same Day $225
  • Saturday Only On-Site/Same Day $95
  • Student On-Site/Same Day $40
  • Retired Educator On-Site/Same Day $80

Registration includes a non-refundable $50 deposit.

Conference Lodging

This year’s conference will once again be held at Stonewall Resort. The reservation block will open in early January.

Once the reserved blocks are full, you may consider staying on site at a non-conference rate or working with a group of individuals to stay at one of their available cabins. For questions, you can reach Stonewall Resort at (304-269-7400)
